Refund policy

Cancellation Policy: After the order is placed and paid for, it can't be cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy: As Lamaaah is a wholesale store, returns and refunds are not available. However, in the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective product, we can only replace it under the following conditions:

• The product must be completely unused.

• The item must be returned with its original packaging, boxes, or cartons.

• The client must provide photos and videos of the defective/damaged products to our email at ahlan@lamaaah.com.

• Any dispute regarding damaged or defective products must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
